Conventional wisdom would indicate that in order to use the internet to pirate and share music, you need a computer. Apparently to the RIAA that’s not true — they’re now suing a woman who didn’t have a working computer at the time the torts were alleged to have occurred. Maybe the RIAA is telepathic and could detect that she was thinking about music she hadn’t purchased.
