Some Tories are now turning on floor-crossing MP David Emerson. Stephen Harper’s cabinet appears to be in a spot of trouble even before its first day in Parliament.
Later said MPs apologized, explaining that they were so used to doing it when Emerson used to be on the other side of the floor.
