I’m very happy to announce that I just passed the MySQL Professional certification earlier today. This is the “maximum” current level of certification for the popular open-source RDBMS, and according to the MySQL web site I am only the 49th person to have obtained it — although to be fair their cert program is only a year old. So, hurray for me!
