Condi Rice speech scheduled for 9/11/01 does not mention terrorism as a major threat. There’s this, the Clarke book, the Woodward book in which Bush confesses that he didn’t feel ‘a sense of urgency’ about Al-Qaeda before 9/11… the evidence is piling up pretty damn high.
