Then again Mahathir is hardly the first politician to want to lay blame for everything on “The Jews”, but the fact that his slanders are so well-received in the Islamic world unfortunately point to a very disturbing trend. Perhaps if Islamic governments concentrated on bettering themselves instead of persisting in a futile and pointless permanent state of warfare with the west they would garner praise from their own, but it’s easier to generate hate than understanding.
