To show how Islam shouldn’t be associated with violence, Peshawar residents put a $1 million bounty on the head of the Danish cartoonist who drew the infamous Mohammed cartoon. Nothing says “we’re peaceful” like a well-funded assassination contract. Evidently things like irony are unknown in that particular area of Pakistan.
